Η κατάσταση με τον 15χρονο συλληφθέντα της κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών είναι κρίσιμη και καλούμε όλους/ες/α σε άμεση κινητοποίηση. Έχει υποστεί βασανιστήρια σωματικά και ψυχολογικά. Η μητέρα και ο 13χρονος αδερφός του βρίσκονται σε καθεστώς τρομοκρατίας, απειλών και εκβιασμού με όπλο τον ίδιο τον 15χρονο.
Στις 5.30μ.μ., ενώ πήγαινε σε περίπτερο στην οδό Δημητσάνας, δίπλα από τη γειτονιά για να ψωνίσει, ομάδα ΔΡΑΣΗ τον συνέλαβε βίαια, πετώντας τον από το ποδήλατο και τον οδήγησε στα κρατητήρια της ΓΑΔΑ χτυπώντας τον και απειλώντας τον με τις εκφράσεις “μουνόπανο”, “πουτάνας γιέ”, “θα σε γαμήσουμε”. Εκεί με εκ νέου χυδαίες σεξιστικές απειλές και κυρίως με την απειλή βιασμού, προσπάθησαν να του αποσπάσουν ομολογία, πως συμμετείχε στα χθεσινά συμβάντα που εκτυλίχθηκαν στη γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών. Ο 15χρονος τρομοκρατημένος και σε άσχημη ψυχολογική κατάσταση ζητούσε δικηγόρο. Οι μπάτσοι της ΓΑΔΑ συνέχισαν το όργιο των χυδαίων σεξιστικών απειλών τους και του επαναλάμβαναν διαρκώς, ότι έχει ομολογήσει κατά την προσαγωγή, με σκοπό όχι μόνο την περαιτέρω τρομοκράτησή του , αλλά και εξασκώντας όλες τις συνήθεις σαδιστικές τους πρακτικές, να σπάσουν και να διαλύσουν το ηθικό του.Όλα τα παραπάνω συνιστούν βασανιστήρια και στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση δε διστάζουν να τα εφαρμόσουν σε ανήλικο.
Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι από όλα τα άτομα της γειτονιάς που μετακινήθηκαν εκτός της σε όλη την ημέρα οι μπάτσοι επέλεξαν να συλλάβουν τον 15χρονο μαθητή της 2ας γυμνασίου του Μουσικού Σχολείου Αθηνών. Τόσο ο ίδιος όσο και η οικογένειά του, μετανάστες από την Βενεζουέλα, είχαν δεχθεί ακραία βίαιη καταστολή κατά τη διάρκεια της εισβολής στα προσφυγικά στις 22/11/22 και ανήκουν και αυτοί στις ευάλωτες κοινωνικές ομάδες που κατοικούν στη γειτονιά.
Η ΓΑΔΑ εκβιάζει την παρουσία της μάνας εκεί, με σκοπό την επικείμενη σύλληψη, καθώς με το πρωινό κατηγορητήριο, ο κάθε άνθρωπος της κοινότητας, από τους “70 αγνώστους” του κατηγορητηρίου, μπορεί να κατηγορηθεί και να συλληφθεί.Καλούμε κάθε αγωνιζόμενο άνθρωπο να αναγνωρίσει την σοβαρότητα της κατάστασης που έχει προκύψει, μέσα από τους προβοκατόρικους κρατικούς και παρακρατικούς σχεδιασμούς της στρατηγικής της έντασης και να καταλάβει το όργιο της φυσικής και πολιτικής καταστολής που επιχειρεί να παίξει το κράτος, πάνω στο σώμα των Προσφυγικών.

EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE 15-YEAR-OLD J.K. ARRESTED OF PROSFYGIKA
The situation with the 15 year old arrested from the prosfygika community is critical and we call for immediate mobilization. He has been subjected to physical and psychological torture. His mother and his 13-year-old brother are being terrorized, threatened and blackmailed, under the pretext of the 15-year-old.
At 5.30 p.m., while he was going to a kiosk in Dimitsanas Street, next to the neighbourhood to do some shopping, DRASI police forces arrested him, throwing him off his bicycle and led him to the GADA detention centre, beating him and threatening him with the expressions “cunt”, “son of a bitch”, “we will fuck you”. There, with renewed vulgar sexist threats and especially with the threat of rape, they tried to extract a confession from him that he had participated in yesterday’s events that unfolded in prosfygika neighborhood. The 15-year-old, terrified and in a bad psychological state, asked for a lawyer. The GADA cops continued their orgy of vulgar sexist threats and kept repeating to him what he had confessed during his arrestation , with the aim of not only further terrorizing him , but also practicing all their usual sadistic practices to break and destroy his morale.
All of the above constitute torture and in this case they do not hesitate to apply it to a minor.
It is no coincidence that of all the people in the neighborhood who were moved out of the neighborhood throughout the day, the cops chose to arrest the 15-year-old student of the 2nd grade of the Athens Music School. Both he and his family, immigrants from Venezuela, had been subjected to extreme violent repression during the invasion at prosfygika on 22/11/22 and they too belong to the vulnerable social groups residing in the neighbourhood.
GADA is blackmailing the presence of the mother there for the purpose of imminent arrest, as with the morning court file, every person in the community, out of the “70 strangers”, can be charged and arrested.
We call on every struggling person to recognize the gravity of the situation that has arisen through the provocative state and parastate planning of the strategy of tension and to understand the orgy of physical and political repression that the state is attempting to play on Prosfygika body.

INFORMACIÓN DE EMERGENCIA SOBRE EL JOVEN DE 15 AÑOS J.K. DETENIDO DE PROSFYGIKA
La situación del joven de 15 años detenido de la comunidad de Prosfygika es crítica y pedimos a todos que se movilicen inmediatamente. Ha sido sometido a tortura física y psicológica. Su madre y su hermano de 13 años están siendo aterrorizados. Amenazan y chantajean a punta de pistola al joven de 15 años.
A las 17.30 horas, cuando se dirigía a un quiosco de la calle Dimitsana, junto al barrio, para hacer unas compras, un grupo de DRASI DELTA (Acción) lo detuvo por la fuerza, lo tiró de la bicicleta y lo condujo al centro de detención de GADA, golpeándolo y amenazándolo con las expresiones “cabrón”, “hijo de puta”, “te vamos a joder”. Allí, con nuevas y vulgares amenazas sexistas y, sobre todo, con la amenaza de violación, trataron de arrancarle la confesión de que había participado en los hechos ocurridos ayer en el barrio de Prosfygika. El joven de 15 años, aterrorizado y en mal estado psicológico, pidió un abogado. Los policías de GADA continuaron con su ola de vulgares amenazas sexistas y le repitieron una y otra vez lo que había confesado durante su comparecencia, con el fin no sólo de aterrorizarle aún más, sino también, mediante la práctica de todas sus habituales prácticas sádicas, de quebrar y destruir su moral. Todo lo anterior constituye tortura y en este caso concreto no dudaron en aplicarla a un menor de edad.
No es casualidad que, de todas las personas del barrio que circulaban a lo largo del día, los policías eligieran detener al alumno de 15 años del 2º curso de la Escuela de Música de Atenas. Tanto él como su familia, inmigrantes de Venezuela, habían sido objeto de una represión extremadamente violenta durante la invasión de Prosfygika el 22/11/22 y también ellos pertenecen a los grupos sociales vulnerables que residen en el barrio.
GADA (departamento central de policía) está chantajeando la presencia de la madre allí con el propósito de un arresto inminente, ya que, con la acusación de la mañana, cada persona de la Comunidad, de los “70 desconocidos” de la acusación, puede ser acusada y arrestada. Hacemos un llamamiento a todas las personas en luchan para que reconozcan la gravedad de la situación que ha surgido a través de la provocadora planificación estatal y paraestatal, de la estrategia de tensión y para que comprendan la ola de represión física y política que el Estado está intentando ejercer sobre la Comunidad de Prosfygika.
